You will receive a gift code via a SEPARATE email that the gift recipient can use to sign-up online and choose their shirt size, shipping address, and chapter. If you would like us to notify the gift recipient and send them the code, please complete ALL the fields below. If you choose this option, you will NOT receive an e-mail with the gift code; it will go directly to your gift recipient.
