Inclusion. Inclusión. It’s about making people feel welcome in everything we do – to be Included. No matter who you love, how you identify, where you come from, or what language you speak, inclusión is integral to growing our game and our community for the better.

Some of our most marginalized groups need us to be a part of the solution, and it’s our responsibility as The American Outlaws to be as inclusive as we can. That means accessibility and a welcoming environment – and for those who don’t think they have a safe space in this game, letting them know they are part of our community, and can help us to improve and to grow.

When we say, “We the Change,” we want to show it in the stands and in our communities. We all can be a part of that change, and it’s our pledge to be inclusive toward all groups who haven’t felt like they’re a part of the American soccer community. The AO Inclusión shirt is the second in a series of five that highlights the ideals embroidered on our 2021 member shirt. All proceeds will benefit Common Goal’s Anti-Racist Project.
